Product suitability

All product information is based on data believed to be correct and reliable. It is offered for comparison, but is not to be considered a warranty or guarantee. Eco Systems International LLC (ESI) makes no warranty, expressed or implied, concerning any product and its merchantability. ESI's maximum obligation under its warranty shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price or replacement of a product tested to be defective. ESI shall in no event be responsible for consequential damages of any kind or amount. Determination of suitability of a product is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Conditions of sale

ESI and its affiliates do not share liability with manufacturer(s) for damages caused by defective products or the installation or usage of such products. Purchaser agrees to hold ESI, its officers and affiliates harmless for any damages caused by improper system manufacturing, design, installation or operation.


Acceptance of delivery of any product constitutes purchaser's acceptance of this agreement and subjects purchaser to its contents.

We reserve the right to change these Policies at any time without notice.

Ordering information

You can order our products online using a credit card, by calling toll free 1-888-664-3336 or 1-248-258-5500, by faxing us your order at 1-248-258-6977.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Our checkout section uses the highest encryption allowed by law.

Orders by check

It takes 5-7 business days from the day we receive a check for it to clear through the bank. We also accept Money Orders. Orders paid with money order are processed the same day we receive money order. We do not ship orders COD.

Shipping information

Most items are in stock and are shipped within 1-3 business days. Aquacera whole house systems are shipped in 3-5 business days by ground transport within continental US. Mountain Plumbing instant hot are shipped not earlier than 5 business days after order was placed, and generally take 2-3 weeks or longer depend on the finish and style availability at the warehouse. These products are made in UK and shipped to Mountain Plumbing east coast warehouse.

There may be an additional shipping charges for custom units, heavy items, or when shipped outside continental US.

How we ship

Orders are shipped via Fedex, US Postal Service, UPS or regional carriers, depending on weight and destination. Fedex, USPS and UPS Ground deliveries to residential or business addresses in most cases are sent with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED - this means that Fedex or UPS will leave package at your door or in convenient location when no one is present at delivery time. If you require a signature, please add a note during checkout process!

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to international P.O. Boxes however we do ship to US and Canada P.O. Box. We do not ship to military addresses. We are not responsible for shipment tracking, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise shipped to a P.O. Box.

International shipping

We do ship to most countries worldwide. We do accept credit cards from most countries and other countries we require international money orders or wire transfer. Please contact us with your country and address information for shipping costs and payment arrangements. We will ship most small orders via U.S. Postal Air Service in order to limit or eliminate border fees. However customer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING CHARGES, including shipping and any additional fees that may occur such as broker fees, duties, government taxes etc. associated with import/export process.

Shipment Inspection

All shipments have been inspected twice and packaged with care to insure safe arrival to our customers however, sometimes packages are damaged in shipment. Please inspect your shipment promptly and report any shipping damage or shortages to us within 5 (five) days of receipt.

Save the original shipping box and packing material as it arrived in case an inspection is necessary by our carrier.

Return Policy

If you wish to return or exchange items, contact our Returns Department by e-mail or phone prior to the return to obtain return authorization and a Return Tracking Number (RTN).

Some products are non-returnable or have a separate return policy / restock fees. See list of non-returnable products.

  • Items must be returned to ESI (or the manufacturer in the case of drop shipments) within 30 days from the date you received the order.

  • Although ESI accepts returns and exchanges with most items, returns may be subject to a minimum restocking fee. ESI will inform you of any necessary restocking fees at the time of the issuance of the RTN.

  • All items being returned must be in new condition with undamaged original manufacturer's packaging and accessories. Do not write return numbers, addresses or any other marks directly on manufacturer's original packaging. These packages need to be kept in new and resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges. All items returned in non-resalable condition, or have missing parts, upon inspection will be charged an additional restocking fee at ESI discretion.

  • If the return is a result of our error or a manufacturing defect, you still need to contact our Returns Department by e-mail or phone prior to the return to obtain return authorization and a RTN, and have the items returned within 30 days from the date you received the items. ESI will pay preauthorized shipping costs/reimbursements equivalent to ground/surface shipping rates only.

  • Aquasana and Multi-Pure POU drinking water filtration systems carry 30 days 100% money back satisfaction guarantee.
  • This policy extends only to the original purchaser, and does not apply to commercial use, unreasonable use, or to damage to the product as a result of unintended use including water damage.
  • If you use USPS for shipment, we recommend you insure the package since it is not traceable.


We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item. You can expect your refund in the same form of payment originally used usually within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of your notification.

Please note: If the return is a result of our error or a manufacturer defect, we will refund shipping costs, however at a preauthorized rate equivalent to ground/surface shipping rates.

Shipping, handling and installation charges are not refundable. Orders that received free shipping will also be subject to a $9.95 fee or the actual shipping charge, whichever is greater, in order to cover the shipping and handling charges.
